Fire-extinguisher-guy was apparently a medical complication - not beaten to death as they say. There's also no footage of the attack unlike everything else that happened that day (the man who has an extinguisher thrown at him is not sicknick. He also had a helmet and shrugged off the impact). Sicknick continued working, got back to the precinct, and then was hospitalized at 9:30pm or something. His family released the following statement:
