My go-to in the office is that I hate politics, politicians, and try to keep away from all that. That way I don't have to talk about politics with them which means I don't have to worry about accidentally telling people what I actually think about their preferred candidate.

Compression artifacts do not show high quality neck sliding in and out of existence. I mean, maybe if you compressed it super hard, and then uncompressed it, and then ran smoothing and adaptive fill filters.... Most likely is greenscreen, possible is deepfake.
