I don't know that answer either, but from what I do know, seems plausible that they will be needed in DC to help manage prisoners. If that is the case, what prisoners are they anticipating to have to manage?
It has already been shown that most of the government officials are not on Trump's side. On the otherhand, there are a lot of swamp rats in DC that, if rounded up would need to be properly organized and processed.
So, just do the math.
