If you break down the two words:
someone has a theory (or hypothesis) that there is a conspiracy (that is, two or more people working together or conspiring to a specific action, plan, et cetera).

A friend told me "Why are you so concerned about Social Justice?" and the short answer besides that governments in western countries around the world are kow-towing to them is that the language they use are only one or two steps away from the language the communists used in the 20th century.
If you read any dystopian fictionary novel or the literary works that have a basis in history, you can see how eerily close they are to using that sort of language. I haven't written for quite some time but perhaps this is something for me to analyze and write about.
