The news about SCOTUS dismissing Texas's case is unfortunate, but we need to take a breather; no rash actions or thoughts.

There Is a sticky on the front page that is misleading.

Per u/vir4030 in the comments of that post:

"Louisiana has not done this yet. If you read the statement, it says that Louisiana joined the Brookvar lawsuit from PA that is before SCOTUS.

'Furthermore, the U.S. Supreme Court should consider the most recent Texas motion, which contains some of the same arguments.'"
