As for Ben, Scott, Timmy, or even Steven... well, those aren't news per se, as much as they are opinion providers. Opinion providers are scrutinized because we know a lot about them. Benny was always a Never Trumper, for example, so most of us dismiss what he has to say. Salty Cracker is based and has never waivered, so he is supported on opinion. I like Jesse Watters, but I no longer support Fox news, because they are uniparty neocon shills. This means I don't watch Jesse anymore. The four listed by Texas did NOT use their legislators to change election laws, they just made rules, usually by their SOS or their Governor. That is unconstitutional. They violated their own election laws. Those violations are the basis of the Texas suit. Texas is suing, because the pact of the states to all follow the rule of law in a Federal election have been compromised.
