I deleted mine today as well. It pained me at first but I’ll get over it. People were shrilling everywhere anyway - community boards, restaurants reviews etc. and I’ll be glad to never see a lame lefty attempt at memes again.
My husband and I are both veterans (as well as our fathers and brothers) but I feel truly saddened today. People in power colluded to shit all over everything we have fought for. I can’t even watch the news, trust people who spoke to us and I’m appalled at the state of social media. What a fucked up unreal situation we are in right now.
I felt a little wave of disappointment after the media announcement. Everyone I know did. But I read someone’s comment about the media blowing their wad to quick and I have to agree. Now that wave has passed, I’m back.
They are hoping we will feel defeated and maybe even starve Trumps donations to his legal fees. But the quicker they wrap this up the quicker Trumps team can get access to the ballots. I’ve stayed off most social media to drown out the noise and have called my family members to let them know what’s going that they can’t see on MSM so they won’t feel so hopeless.
