Covid has been around for a year and a half (that we know of). Even if you accept the inflated death numbers (that include the guy who died in a motorcycle accident but had covid), that gives you 2.9M deaths against a world population of 7.8 billion.

That is about 1 death per 2700 people.

The normal annual mortality rate is about 7.7 per 1000 people.

So in a year and a half, you would expect to have 31 deaths out of 2700 people.

In other words, this year and a half of foolishness has been "justified" by blaming 1 out of every 31 natural deaths on covid.

And how many are like my relative in Italy, who was over 80 years old and supposed to die for years now, that finally was having enough heart trouble to go to emergency, tested negative for covid on entry but got it while in hospital and died soon after?

Covid really is fake. Yes there are the odd cases where some 43 year old gets it and their body goes haywire and dies, but it's like the same odds as winning the lottery. That is not a pandemic. That's "this latest flu can actually kill very unlucky healthy adults, maybe, possibly".

Depends how you look at it. To sit in the nosebleeds for 1 of 162 games (plus playoffs) costs $14 to $20 in my city and the beers are $12 and parking costs more than both of them.

With football you have, what, 9 home games all year? Yeah it costs more but it's a way bigger deal.

First love also. But the way teams just suck for year after year hoping fans will stay loyal and optimistic about "the great prospects we have coming up" just eventually wore on me.

Meanwhile they're ruining the game in the name of speeding it up and then they've got so many ads, even superimposed ads onto the field for tv viewers.

Add in the woke BS and I've never been more done. Will just continue to play softball for fun.

Dude read books, exercise, work on that side project you've wanted to work on forever, join a local club or team, etc.

The stadiums are already built. They should simply ban attendance at baseball and say it's just following the science. Don't even ban other sports or concerts. Just baseball. Give them their own medicine.

Because it's a big fucking joke being played on us. People have the originals and are too fucking chickenshit to just dump them onto some darkweb site or torrent and let us have at them. If Hunter is getting a footjob from his niece, and the FBI won't do anything with that, put it out there. Let them come after people for "possessing" it which means they'll be admitting it's real.

I just thinl it's hilarious that grown men are going around dressed like that. They look like they're part of a Halloween thing. I'm guessing none of them have day jobs.

The last time I took my family to a game, it cost me over $300 and I'm the only actual baseball fan. I already decided that's a total waste and that I would only go with a friend who is into the game. Now... not even that.

I'm so over baseball I can't even be bothered to type up all the reasons I'm done with baseball (not just over this; they've been ruining the game to "speed it up"). Golf and UFC on occasion will entertain me. But mostly I'm working hard to have the freedom to move wherever I want in the world. Am in Commie Canada and can't wait to leave.

I worked at a financial firm where every now and then I'd get told "Hey we have a new VP of x, please set him up today". And it would be the son-in-law of a Chinese billionaire or some such, fresh off the boat as they say. I once even helped a guy settle on the spelling of his English name. To be fair, the kids were often polite and at least had some knowledge and willingness to work. But clearly would not have gotten the job if not for the influential connection.

Well ok I know what you're saying. Most of us have seen it bubbling behind the surface. But I'm talking about overtly taking public, political stances on things like this. That is new.

Think you should marry yourself an American girl. Problem solved!

Either way, it's clear that the guy WANTS diseases. Even back then he's talking about it like Santa is coming to town.

I watched that at sped up speed. And still barely made it through but it's interesting how that fuckface is practically cheering on the arrival of diseases. He sounds like a guy explaining how his city's baseball team is going to be really good in the next couple years.

I have a tech company that I will look to move there. Hopefully that will help me. Instead of taking someone's job, I will be making jobs. I'm first trying to plan it financially. Admit I have barely begun to think about the legal process to it all.

It's not just the 5 spoons in a 12 ounce drink. It's the number of people that think it is normal to go through a 2L bottle of that per day. There are millions of people doing that and it's costing probably 10 years of lifespan on average. By that measure, way deadlier than covid's wildest dreams.

The shoes aren't true apparently. Nike is suing whoever made them.

p2p servers? I'm having trouble following what you're on about. There already is a dark web that is p2p (basically). It's definitely not censored.

I'm ready. Most of my friends are cozy at home working in pyjamas and don't care.

Fellow Canadian (until as soon as I can move to Florida/Texas permanently).

The real estate machine continues unabated, teachers, politicians, doctors, police, government employees, and financial sector are all working away and saving money/time on commuting. So they all have no reason to care about how insane this all is.
