California has a Victim's Compensation Program that pays for Mental Health sessions for victims of Domestic Violence as well as other violent crimes. Just saying. There's already stuff like this in place, and it's paid through restitution and tax money. I'm pretty sure other states have similar programs.

I had unconscious bias training at my state job in CA, it was terrible and very biased toward a specific group. My dude actually said "it's great, I can actually say 'white privilege' and 'white supremacy' and people don't cringe anymore." I cringed hard.
