Interesting. The video in this OP shows bats being handed OUT of the building and the audio is 100% reversed. The video in the post you linked shows the bats being handed OUT of the building as well, but the audio is correct.

I didn't do anything to the audio except re-pitch correct it when I doubled the playback speed.
The narrative of bats being handed OUT of the capital doesn't make any sense though. Why would there be a shortage of bats outside the building?
The narrative suggested by that tweet was that insiders were feeding weapons to the crowd from inside the building.
Did you watch the footage of people walking up to the capital? They weren't exactly doing bag checks.

Speed your reversed version up 2x and it's clear that the OP has posted a reversed video.

Watch the reversed version in VLC and hit the ] key to speed it up to 2.0x. Someone is clearly saying "watch out, watch out" in the reversed version.
