I don't have a lot of time, but basically Gore was the winner for about 37 days, headlines everywhere. Recounts start, lots of discussion on what votes are valid, "hanging chads" on ballots, and if they should be counted. The election ended up flipping from Gore to Bush.
This person supposedly came out and said they were "just joking", but this entire thing has such a good chance to backfire. The whole thing is like the smell of dead bodies coming from a shed, the owner saying it's ridiculous someone dead is in there, not allowing anyone to look, and then going "haha I killed someone JUST KIDDING"
It is a lot easier to get convictions and guilty verdicts after someone commits a crime. If you know they are going to commit it, you have a huge head start to collect evidence and make a case. Trump was never going to do anything about the fraud they knew about before the election. Any effort to stop it would have been met with "Trump is a fascist trying to change the election laws!", "Trump is destroying democracy and not letting every vote count!"
Now we have a situation where Trump over-performed what the Dems expected, forced them overplay their hand with the tools they've had for decades to influence elections. And Trump team knew this was going to happen.
There is a reason why the MSM is working so hard to make it look like the guy with not a single certified state is going to be the next President, they are scared. They are aware Trump went into this knowing they would pull democrat voting BS. They know they massively overplayed their hand. They know they had people abusing their vote rigging tools on election night because their ground troops didn't have enough central marching orders. The typical "we lost badly, we need to stop rigging or else we'll get caught" was completely thrown out the window in a few select democrat cities on November 3rd, 2020. The stopping point for making it obvious was clearly passed by people who are so terrified of a Trump presidency that they just didn't care about getting caught. They only cared about Trump losing.
And the amount of evidence, coupled with the huge amount of people crowd sourcing the investigation, is making extremely compelling court cases. Some will win, most will lose. But there are several states where there is a ton of evidence, and Trump does not need to win them all. Only a couple. He will win PA in court, the dems really fucked up there and exspoliated a ton of valid votes. They know they lost PA and plan to use this as a talking point that "Trump is throwing out legal votes", but it's only because they mixed in illegal votes in violation of a court order. Be prepared for this one.
He never thought he would win despite the fraund. He knew it was coming. It's why he has so many SCOTUS appointments involved in Gore v Bush. He would have never had a chance at defeating the machine if he stopped them early, either. This is a last ditch, all or nothing effort to deal with the dem rigging machines. If Trump wins, the machine is massively damaged, probably beyond repair. If Trump loses, the machine is validated and vindicated and it will be ramped up in every single election after this.
They have ignored every single court order so far. Do you legitimiately think they are going to follow this one? The next step in the legal battle will be to get all of the votes in affected pricincts thrown out.
They are going to mix them up, just enough for Trump to lose. It's why they won't let anyone else watch it. Which is going to be another legal problem for dems. I think a lot of you weren't around for Gore 2020 in Florida. What they've done here makes Florida look like a tiny little bit of fraud.
You guys better buckle up, because this isn't going to come close to being resolved until December.
Now that they got caught, they are going to rush to call the election for Biden to try and de-legitimize Trump's claims that the election had serious amounts of fraud and to paint him as a sore loser. They know they can't win in court so they are going to try and win on public opinion.
