DAs Have Far Too Much Discriminatory Power in the USA here in 2020. We need a Grand Jury system that allows the DA or ANYONE ELSE to submit a case and only when there is an indictment by the Grand Jury should an arrest be made. That's how our system is SUPPOSED to work.
