I took the ACFT five times in its testing phases and it’s not a difficult test to pass. Equity in physical standards is crucial because I want to ensure whoever is going to be dragging my body to cover if I’m wounded is fully capable because I would love to go home when it’s all said and done. Can some woman serve? Yes. Should we cater to them? Absolutely not. War isn’t fair. I’ve seen our best maimed and killed. If war was fair only the “bad” guys would die, right?
I wish these army strong whamen would take and pass the same standard PT test the male Soldiers are required to pass to continue service. Also they should have to register for the draft to receive federal aid for education. Oh wait, that would be fair, therefore defeating equality.
