They will NOT declare Trump the winner if it's close. They'll want to drag it out as long as possible so the Dems can conveniently find all those mail-in votes that weren't counted yet and so their lawyers can challenge the results in court.

This is probably going to be an unpopular opinion, but the “he doesn’t have to do this” argument has to be one of the weakest I’ve ever heard.
Trump became the most powerful person on the planet. While I’m sure it cost him, he is literally the alpha male of the human race. It’s not like he quit his job as a billionaire real estate mogul and stepped down into some lowly job. He took the biggest step up there is.
Maybe it’s just me, but I always found that narrative annoying and somewhat disingenuous on the part of people who are making it.

There’s no doubt that there is voter fraud - probably everywhere. But he’s not winning California. That’s the point I’m actually arguing.

Voter fraud is a legitimate concern, but if Democrats are going to invest time and resources into cheating, it’s not going to be in places that are dark blue. They’re going to try and steal the tight races and battleground states.
I’m sure Trump will outperform his 2016 numbers in California this year, but he would need to double his vote count to win the state. They don’t need to steal votes in California when they probably already expect to dominate without any help.

I think he’s perform WAY better this time around in Cali than he did in 2016, but he would have to almost double his vote count this time around to win the state. There’s just way too high a concentration of crazies out there for that to happen. These are the same people who have voted in and reelected Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Water and Adam Schiff.
Barack Obama said that in 2016 when he was campaigning for Crooked Hillary. IIRC, people were booing when Trump was mentioned so he told people, “Don’t boo...vote.”
These are very encouraging signs, but they’re still anecdotal. California will stay blue. The electoral votes will still go to Biden, which makes an electoral landslide difficult. I think Trump will be re-elected, but let’s not get stuck in our own echo chamber.
