Obviously each situation is different, but in this situation...

• Draft and introduce new legislation.
• Issue subpoenas, hold hearings, and be willing to hold them in contempt of congress.
• Coordinate with the appropriate regulatory agency to introduce new regulations and/or break up their monopolistic power.

We aren't against letters - we are against letters in lieu of action. Republicans have a habit of sending a letter rather than taking action, as opposed to sending a letter and following it with action.
