Dude rowing is legit AF. One of the best cardio workouts you can do that targets your back muscles, but also legs. If your somebody that struggles with good posture rowing is one one of the best things in the world
Tbh my friend diet is more important, Keto gave me great success, made me SHED pounds and increased my energy level like I was on a 10mg Adderall all day. Walking is good, if you can do 30k+ steps a day that's pretty solid, but in terms of exercise do whatever you can to get a sweat going and maintain that for 20 to 40 minutes. The gimmick with keto is that when you're in a deep ketosis you have loads of energy but can't eat more than a few bites, with all the fat you eat your stomach fucking PUMPS leptin out, so even though you end up eating very little and burning fat you constantly feel full
Bro for an average American that isn't shit. About 2 years ago I lost 85lbs by going keto and intermittent fasting. But you are 100% right. With every pound you lose you feel better, faster, stronger and you have vastly more energy. Things take much less effort and your general confidence and sense of self get greater and greater as your body becomes better. Realistically if you devoted 30 to 45 minutes a day of running or general cardio combined with a good diet you can lose 40lbs in 2 months and you'll feel so much better
