In an attempt to clear their own names, Gwinnett County have managed to open up more concerns regarding the situation.
By breaking the Chain of Custody and circumventing hardware/software modification laws on Dominion-supplied machines by utilizing a thirdparty unprotected, uncertified and unofficial laptop to handle election data, they have potentially jeopardized any and all data regarding both the servers & scanners as well as every other machine connected to the local network mentioned by Gwinnett County Officials.
He plugged that potentially compromised USB stick into the official server machines which are, as they've stated here, directly connected to the scanners as well. In the video we don't see the person using Excel yet it was mentioned by Gw.Cty themselves within their retort announcement, which leads us to believe that this interchange of uncertified machines in which one or more individuals connected the USB stick into happened more than once when we couldn't see it.
This in turn means that data was not only allowed to flow in one direction, but potentially both in and out the Dominion network. This however still does not answer exactly what information was extracted from the Dominion servers, in which way it was modified and to what end, as well as where the information was brought to.
