Disagree. I haven’t found much difference between US or Foreign workers, most suck ass, are lazy and have no clue. It’s the 10% that do all the work. I had a gig with a poor chick from India who I found the contracting service was charging the client $120 hour and paying her $18 and holding her visa and passport, kind of slave labor. She was actually quite good. 12 others on the team US and other, were worse than suck, they broke shit constantly.
Alternatively, 90% of the workers I worked with from Belarus were top notch.

I worked with a lot of H1s, some were decent, a few really good, majority meh...same as most programmers regardless of origin.... in this industry 10% of the people do 90% of the work.
