I just went to google image search and there are a bunch of examples for both Maderna and Pfizer. Just use the same letter/number format.

Coming here to say this. Pen and paper. Manually count votes at precinct level with one member from each party. In person only. Total number of votes must equal number of people that came in to vote. Results available on election night. Done.
