Just be skeptical of information you hear that is not confirmed or can be verified. Lots of disinformation shills are out and about.
Plan for the worst, hope for the best. If you're feeling overwhelmed, unplug and take a break.
FOMO is real and can be draining (Fear of Missing Out).
Any large events that happen such as the capitol or any important shooting, do the golden rule of waiting 24-72 hours (or even a week) after said event to gather information and fact find and dont believe a fucking word the media says about it. We know they are propaganda disinformation networks that dont work for the people but for themselves.
Use your brain amd critical thinking skills to shape your world view, not a narrative purported to you.
Be well :-)

Its called corporatocratic fascism. Regardless of private businesses having their own rules and rights, imposing sanctions on the public thats detrimental to them, its corporate over reach to limit freedoms of individuals when it comes to lifes necessities.
I disagree with the sentiment that businesses can do what they want when their policy as a collective harms the populace as a whole.
I'm all for voting with your dollars but as it sits, between the state and corporatism, they are imposing communistic principals on the society in the false name of morality because the studies show otherwise to what they are imposing on people.
Everyone mentions the 4chan leaks about Epstein being dead but everyone seems to forget around the same time that morning someone else said that an unmarked military van pulled up to the prison complex and escorted someone out of the prison. If true, it lends creedance that he may still be alive despite the leaks of his death being accurate. I just find it funny people will think its crazy that he could be alive yet despite his death being a meme, people still think he really didn't kill himself.
Truth is stranger than fiction.
Corporatocracy in a nutshell. NGO's privately working with companies to deploy their agenda against other countries. No compliance, no access. This goes deeper than governments, its abolishing corporate world wide over reach. United States against the UN/world at this point.
This is true but for optics sake and perspective, Trump is avoiding a shut down while still attempting to fight for the American people by leaving amending the bill in congresses court considering it had a veto proof majority.
Something tells me a shut down is bad for whats going on behind the scenes.
I updated the verbiage to match what you had said. I miss-worded it.
Congress can hold a vote on those unless Trump does an executive over reach and withholds them regardless after the 45 days and goes against the will of congress. Time will tell.
I'm interested to see what he has planned.
President Trump invoked the 1974 impoundent act and sent back the signed bill with an red line item rescission/deferral that congress needs to approve on. Several provisions of the bill will have to be removed before its actually approved wholly.
Hes avoiding a shut down while attempting to get his way. However I want more details on the red line item rescissions of the bill.
Doomers, no need to get your panties in a fucking wad and wait for more details.
