To some extent, but we are talking hundreds of millions of dollars, that has to hit the city and thus ALL of the citizens of the city so they feel the pain of supporting this hateful ideology.
My good friend (black Male, 60+) at work and his brother came down with it at the start of the whole thing. They quarantined themselves to my buddies house. It was a miserable 2-3 weeks for him.
10 days in their quarantine, his brother's coughing in the other roomgrew ragged and week.
Then it stopped.
My buddy spent 2 hours crawling to his brother's room and 2 hours crawling to the phone to report his death.
So, yeah. I know someone who died.
