You do not need any of that to cure from wuflu. Healthy lifestyle and a good condition is (just like with normal flu) the best way to keep safe and to survive it.
Edit: I had the wuflu in march. been sick for three weeks and stayed home. impossible to live a normal life then. Worst sickness I ever had. But I live, no hospital or medicine needed. Just a lot of rest. Then when it was all over I decided to go full sports mode to be healthier and now I feel very good and lost a lot of weight and became fitter then I was last 15 years.
We don't have big riots in the Netherlands, we only have soccer "hooligans". Myself I am a big fan of Feyenoord Rotterdam and we do have some good fights with the riot police before or after some games. But not in the big number you guys do. But our riot police (called ME) is really well trained for those situations
