Instead of messing with the Headers/Request URL field, once you get into the Network tab and refresh, simply try Ctrl + F to find the m3u8 file at which point under the Search pane you should get the URL and :path:. Double-clicking on the URL line should highlight the corresponding m3u8 file in the Name pane, at which point you should just be able to right-click on it there, copy the link address, and then follow the steps for the VLC stream.

It seems like they've written their database algorithm to pull the filling address off the contribution form under each individual. It takes like 3 extra clicks to get there manually.
