At the same time, raise more children than they do. Gen Z will replace these clowns. What we need to do now is get into more positions of power and push these folk out.
There is little competition in these fields as we all went off to do our own thing. We got soft. Start working hard to become the top of your field and your performance will be enough to outclass these clowns. I've never met a hard working lefty in my life.
