Couldn't agree more, I work with and have spent much time in aid-relief projects around the world. America is bay FAR the greatest country on earth. Even in the European countries that people reference as better than America they don't have the amount of excess we have in the US. What many in the US consider basic amenities in other countries are considered luxuries.

I was born in communist Romania, my father was jailed in Popa Sapca (Popes Hat Prison) for helping people flee communist Ro where he was beaten and tortured for 14 months potentially facing 7 years and never broke. We came to the US in 86 and I can still remember my family gathering around a tv in '89 watching the revolution, teary eyed. For my family and many Romanians of that time, America is and will always be "the promised land flowing with milk and honey" from the Bible. We value the freedoms in America because they cost us a lot, and you don't value what doesn't cost you. God bless the USA, God protect us from the evil communists, God help create more avenues for people to get involved.

So my understanding is that as long as the online pharmacy can locate a pharmacy in your state to supply it to you, they can do it. CA is very anti HCQ, and almost no doctor will prescribe it, much less a pharmacist approve it, but even here the online forum I used worked out. My doctor was a practicing physician in Georgia but had practiced in Norther CA for like 20+ years and still kept his license, so he had no problem prescribing it to me. My local pharmacy was being difficult, but the website I used to talk to a doctor just contacted the online pharmacy they use and I got HCQ from a pharmacy in Fresno. (Not really surprised it was in Fresno CA. It's a city heavily known for meth and prescription abuse) but I didn't have to locate a thing, the website company did it for me.

I hear ya. It's horribly sad how our country deals with unwanted babies. In almost any other situation choosing convenience over responsibility typically leads to poor choices, but with a babies life it's somehow acceptable. It makes me horribly sad to think about. I wish adopting was cheaper and had government funding, as well as a powerful vetting process.

I did a consultation through https://speakwithanmd.com/ and within 1-2 weeks I got it in hand here in CA. In the first line where it asked me what my primary complaint was I put that I wanted hydroxychloroquine to have on hand in case myself or my wife get sick because I know how important early treatment is. A doctor from GA who's also licensed in CA called me like 1 day later and spoke to me about how to take it as a preventative or in case I think I got it. The only reason I got a little held up was because he sent it to a local pharmacy, and they didn't want to fulfill the order. (They said they needed the prescribed dosage for my treatment and that the doctor had only put down "take as directed." Their reasoning was that they needed that so they could bill the insurance. not sure if this was real or just them blocking me.) 2 days later the company (speakwithanmd.com) had an online pharmacy call me and they put the order in. $65 and 3 more days and I have it in hand.
I also told the doctor that I'm a minister (considered an essential service in CA, we have a letter from the Gov. confirming this) but he didn't request the letter or any other verification, he said that was sufficient.

It's not the political move for best returns, but it is the move that has all of his voter base double-down on our President. It energizes us in a grass-roots sort of way. People in my world are more politically involved today than ever before, and no one trusts the media.
This is really the main thing to do, IMHO. We need to organize and be proactive, not just reactive.
Ammo has gone up so much in the last few months. I used to purchase a 9mm for anywhere between .18-.20 cents a round, now I'm finding it for .40. I bought a reloading press a few months ago and don't regret it at all. Pressed 900 .45ACP rounds last weekend, now on to 9mm and .380. Bullet components have gone up too, but nowhere near as much.
If you're looking for ammo and desperate, people do sell reloads on online gun forums, just look for their "marketplace" threads.
Also, if you belong to a members only gun club they usually have a stockpile of ammo that's accessible for their members only and as many of them are distributors they can obtain larger quantities of ammo and also discounts on reloading presses and components if you reload.

I asked a lot of the older people in my community why are Romanians in RO still against guns? I thought they would be first in line to arm themselves since the communists took away their ability to defend themselves. The most clear answer I've received on the subject so far, is because the only people who had guns during communism were the oppressors. So their emotional view of those with guns is that they are oppressors. I know, logically, this sounds ridiculous (it does to me at least), but Romanians are an extremely emotional people. Sometimes in my church I hear people argue against firearms, I actually had an experience with some of this mentality with someone in our church leadership team. My simple answer to them is if they lock their door at night? And if they do, why? Carrying a gun for my defense is along the same lines. I never think of my firearm as something to use to kill, rather, I think of what I'm defending.

This is terrifying. The muslim faith is not compatible with western Judeo-Christian values that this country (and all western society) was built upon. I have some friends from the middle east, Persian to be exact, and one example of the incompatibility is the way they view taking advantage of people. They told me that if they take advantage of me, and rip me off in some way, it isn't their fault for ripping me off. It's my fault for allowing myself to be ripped off. I've met multiple people from the middle east and asked them if this statement is correct, and every time they look at me and say something along the lines of "well yes, of course it is." This is such a backwards mentality to our worldview.
