I am neither Republican or Democrat, I am a libertarian, I believe that everyone who voted for Trump would do so again. This is an opportunity to break the bipartisan government. If Trump runs again, I believe he needs to start a third party, he is single handedly the one to get such a movement going. The same government that keeps kicking all of us in the ass, lets us choose whether it's the right foot or the left foot every 4 years. We need to have more choice, and Trump can make that happen.
After all three branches of government failed to uphold their oaths of office to protect the constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic, the military, under their oath, were required to arrest the government and force a contingent election, and failed. After January 20th, all fout branches of governments, if you count the military, have committed treason to the people and the constitution, and new precedent has been set, we now have a rogue government that can violate the constitution and use OUR military to protect themselves.
Thanks for your take on it, let me say, I'm a libertarian, I believe in small government and more freedoms and fiscal responsibility. I am NOT a Republican, or Democrat, but the problem I have with this election is the constitutionality of it. I am seriously afraid we have set the most dangerous precedent in history, let me explain. The states in question changed their election laws via governors, secretaries of state and in PA, the court changed the election laws. The constitution is abundantly clear on this issue, Article 2, section 1, clause 2 states that ONLY the state legislature can decide election laws in their state, thus their elections were ILLEGAL and fraud was simply a result of this blatant disregard to the law. That is specifically what TX was suing for. The judicial branch refused to judge the illegal election and the federal legislature allowed the illegal electoral votes to be counted, both of those branches violated their oaths to protect the constitution. Trump, as leader of the executive branch, the branch that is dedicated to law enforcement, failed to arrest all involved in illegal elections. Make no mistake about it, Trump swore an oath to protect the constitution from enemies foreign and domestic. He was required, by his oath, to arrest, using the military or any other agencies available, all persons involved in this scam. All three branches violated their oaths of office, treason. The military failed to uphold their oaths as well, the entire government should have been arrested and a contingent election should have been conducted. We have now set a precedent that election laws can be skewed or completely ignored and all of our fail safes are no longer valid, we will never have fair elections again, it only takes a few states to cheat and ruin the entire election and no one responsible to stop such an attack on our democracy will fulfill their oath, their duty to protect us from enemies foreign or domestic.
Yes, it's called his oath of office, when the states in question violated Article 2, section 1, clause 2, they broke the law, their elections WERE illegal, the fraud was a result and doesn't matter, that's what TX sued for, and since SCOTUS refused to judge the illegality of it and the federal legislature counted the illegal votes, both of those branches of government violated their oaths to protect the constitution from enemies foreign and domestic, treason. Trump was required by law and his oath as top executive of the law enforcement branch to use military or any means available to have all guilty parties arrested and failed. Our entire government failed their oaths and the military failed their's as well, the entire government committed treason to the people and the constitution.
I fully agree! Everyone who voted for Trump would do it again, the smart play would be to start the patriot/America first party, and in this case, he definitely won't get the gop nomination, he will start a political revolution.
Voting laws MUST be tackled at the state levels, if the fed passes any bs voting laws, states need to become a voting sanctuary. The constitution is clear, Article 2, section 1, clause 2, the state legislature has full authority on state voting laws, that's where we must make change, that's why SCOTUS wouldn't hear the TX lawsuit, they would've had to rule in favor of TX.
"Shit WILL hit the fan at some point", well said, I believe that time will be spring, people will be able to be outside for longer periods of time, and people WILL start marching, hold strong frens, its gonna be a bumpy year.
It's simple, once you acquire so much money, it becomes a game to see who can get more. They don't ever have to work again, that's the difference, if I had that much money, you can bet I would have a huge house on a lake with a boat and would NEVER work again. These ass clowns are in a game of bragging rights, who can get more money, and socialists pay BIG money to rich tech and business owners to manipulate whoever they have power over. They get more money, tax breaks and are exempt from the socialist overlords, and the socialists get more control of business and people for mere money which they are trying to devalue and phase out anyway, it's a win win, or is it, eventually even the rich and powerful fall to socialism.
