There is absolutely no evidence that mask mandates or mass public mask wearing results in "proper" mask wear. It is not "confusion" to bring this up.
When masks are mandated there is absolutely no policing of allowable materials, no policing of fit snugness, no policing of hand washing after touching said mask, no policing of how often the mask is washed or how long it is used. All mask mandates absolutely guarantee that a large percentage of the population will be wearing them improperly and doing more harm than good. They are also required in tons of places where proper mask wearing isnt technically possible, such as places where there is no provided place to wash hands or sanitize after taking the mask out of your pocket and putting it on your face.
Right. Everything you wrote was fact. Especially how viruses land on the ground when wearing a mask but go right into people's faces with no mask. Real scientific.
