At first I thought this is clear evidence of the same batch of ballots being shoved through the counting machine multiple times, but I see these are all different precincts. So something even fishier is going on here. Unless the same machine can just be switched to a different precinct in between counting the same batch of ballots. If that's possible maybe this is exactly what they did, figuring it would make counting the same batch multiple times harder to detect.

We are running our of explanations for the lack of action up to this far. but the encouraging thing is, as the list of possible explanations narrows to fewer and fewer possibilities, what last few possibilities remain are actually the most exciting fucking ones.
