The contested states, as of tonight, have now all filled lawsuits against pence for the electoral votes being contested
If they are officially contested he constitutionally can now not accept them
If he doesn’t, no candidate can reach 270 and it goes to the house (the new house) where each state gets 1 vote. If it ties, pence decides
There are 6 more (iirc) red states than blue states in the new house.
If this is correct pence won’t certify on the 6th. It will get dragged out with countersuit after countersuit until the 20th with neither party budging. On that date the house will have to vote and trump will get sworn in
