As an ICU RN I cannot tell you how pissed off this makes me. There is -always- something to do, always. If not, I take the time to spend time with my patients and their family (when they were allowed) to help ease and console them-your presence really helps.

It's true; I as a conservative woman feel in a similar fashion; however with more pity-I cannot imagine they had a secure nuclear upbringing as it breeds confident women usually like yourself. However I often wonder how minority females feel having a white 20 year old female screaming about inequality; it does exist however more on a geographic stance than skin color I find. I will say that as a veteran my time in the service; no one even had the concept of racism-funny how when it is not obsessed over in a certain culture people do not see 'victims'.
