Think of it this way. If they dismiss the case on grounds of interference due to texas wanting compensation in the manner of legislature determining the EC, Texas can wield that against the interstate popular vote compact, which allows states to be forced by other states to assign electoral votes regardless of how their own population votes.

If the SC hears the case and acknowledges that states aren't following their own laws or the constitution but refuse to supply sufficient compensation, Texas has a blank check to say fuck you to anything they don't like because equal protection is destroyed.

The way in which it is filed asking for the defendant states being forced to choose their electors through state legislatures and ignore vote counts possibly sets precedent that would end the interstate popular vote compact.

The full creed, which is fitting in this situation, is, "A moment of laxity spawns a lifetime of heresy. Never forget. Never forgive."

Do your duty and stop watching.

This is going to be awkward with all those shredded envelopes.

Looks like an inquisition is on the menu boys.

That's why they had the shredding team out today on the ballot envelopes. Can't get caught if there are no envelopes at all.

Seems reality doesn't have a liberal bias after all.

Take it all in and bask in the glow.
