Twitter, Apple, Facebook, Google, etc. what would happen when the citizens of that state were to sign a petition to rescind their corporate charters? Yes, they could find another state to incorporate, or another country. yes...until the state's citizens rise up and rinse, wash and repeat the process until the said corps become pariahs... TOS, EULAs have the force of the US Constitution for its customer/products...to the point they can ignore and override the Constitutionally protected liberties.
