I worked at a hospital for a decade and it actually was a total girls club. There was only 1 guy In a leadership position, plenty of guys applying for them but they would always hire the most incompetent women. I had more managers than I had years working there.

I've been using Qwant.com they are pro privacy and I get good results. I hear startpage is good but you get google results, I don't know if that includes their modified searches that squashes things they disagree with, but a good puackup if you can't find what you want on qwant.

That just reminded me about a mental condition that exists. I can't remember the name but it's a disorder where you feel a body part like a finger, an arm or something doesn't belong. There are stories about people chopping their body parts off to make themselves feel "right". Usually that's after a doctor refuses to do it for them.

I wonder if that's part of the tranny mental condition. Similar to schizophrenia which is multiple conditions that kind of roll into one as I understand it... shrug

I don't know how black people are okay with this. As someone that grew up when participation trophies started, I found them insulting. I found they hurt my pride more than helped because I new I did nothing to earn recognition of any kind.

This is all just one big participation trophy for blacks and it's degrading.

I'm just trying to wrap my head around why they might do this. I can see where they are coming from.

I think it's a bad idea. Most of the lefts ideas I can't understand in the slightest. This one I can at least see where they might be coming from.

The only way I could see this making sense is if it's like military service. As I understand it, foreigners can serve in the military and it kinda fast tracks them to getting citizenship. I would imagine these people would need a ton more training than our citizen cops would since they didn't grow up under our laws and would have less understanding.

But from a serve this country honorably to become a citizen standpoint, I could see that.

Though I assume they're referring to illegals and not visa holders wanting a green card.
