Try to take it in January 2020. can't, cause Gov't shuts down all courses, blames COVID.
Gov't can, however, write in an OIC banning whatever the fuck guns they want in the meantime.

Finally opens up in Sept. Courses are sold out.

close, but not 100% accurate. mandatory test within 3 days prior to boarding the airplane. another mandatory test upon arrival at the airport. then mandatory detention for 3 days in a hotel at your own expense until the test result come back. if positive then indefinite detention at a 'government quarantine facility' until you test negative, and a minimum of 11 more days. If negative, you can finish the quarantine at your own home.
