While I agree with this, it's a bad plan.
Congesting the highways, even because the letter of the speed limit law is being followed, will only produce frustration and road rage.
If you want to demonstrate obedience to the law and encourage others to likewise, perhaps do it in a manner that doesn't not seem to project the message "screw you".
