Really great response Pede. It should be its own post. All the haters out there try to divide us and say we are racist or homophobic (Andrew Brietbart's "War!" speech comes to mind). So it's great to read this very interesting bit of history and backstory, as a bridge between our fellow Americans.
People don't understand how MAGA conservatives differ from conservatives in the past. Our number 1 principle is Love of Country. Our country is full of all people. We are free to decide who we are. But there is one thing we must agree upon. Love of country and love of our founding principles of equal protection under the law, not equal outcome.

I have a feeling there will be a surge in the black vote who would never speak publicly about their support for the President, but will check him name (and hopefully all the other Republicans!) once they're alone in the booth.
