According to Quora, yes - The SCOTUS has many abilities that seem to reach beyond their design as “the interpretive branch” whose portion of the “balance of powers” is to determine whether or not a LAW is both CONSTITUTIONAL and PROPERLY INTERPRETED as it is imposed.
With that said, they could, if presented with and accepted by them, such a case they could determine if an election was fraudulent. However, IF the election “process” was completed then undoing it might cause them to decline to take the case altogether.
Consider if it is that some voters were fraudulent, the election certification was fraudulent, or the acceptance of those results were fraudulent the problem of deciding the remedy. Have another election? “Award” the election to the harmed party? Vacate the seat of the wrongly elected? Hold accountable the fraudulent party or parties (individuals) alone? Then, too, consider whether or not the election winner was even involved. All of those would create their own storm of controversy and a situation where correcting a wrong creates another wrong.
Finally, consider that if this was easy to decide then candidates’ supporters would hire some group to “vote fraudulently” for the opposition JUST IN CASE they needed to get the election nullified.
