I can confirm that SCYTL servers were in Frankfurt Germany and were at some point taken offline or had their IPs changed so they appear offline. I have seen this data with my own eyes.

the geolocation of the IP used by the SCYTL server is in a highly populated and relatively high traffic area. The likelihood of an op of any size going down with or without a fire fight and the local news and/or private citizens not covering it with cell phone pics/vids and reports to police of automatic weapon fire is extraordinarily low.

The servers are NOT in a CIA data farm. They at least appeared to be in a known Amazon data center in Frankfurt. Yes, the CIA did go into a 600 million dollar contract with Amazon for cloud stuff, but to think it would be structured just like all the rest of their stuff is not likely.

It basically shows that an Amazon server appears to exist in Frankfurt (which an Amazon data center in Frankfurt, but not where the IP address for this server apparently geo-locates to, so shrug ). The ping attempt demonstrates that the IP identified as the Scytl server does not respond which means either 1) The server is now offline or 2) The IP for that server has changed. The second option is admittedly entirely possible and in alignment with Amazon's AWS practices. But lining everything up the pieces of the story do seem to add up, but I have seen extraordinarily plausible conspiracy theories wind up being gigantic bullshit stories too, so I don't have faith in anything for certain at this point.
One thing Q said that I totally get: Future Proves Past. It's a geek way of saying Hindsight is 20/20. So the best we can do as anons or analysts or digital soldiers or whatever the hell you want to call yourself is entirely depart yourself from the world and even yourself and focus purely on the data. Dig into every direction to understand the context, research the fields of study to make sure you understand what you are reading and then go back and try to debunk it all for cross reference.
