What type of people do they want less of?
Older people,people who remember the Bill of Rights,Constitution,Declaration of Independence,Magna Carta, Habeas Corpus.
They want neo feudalism and people who can read,reason and do long-form math will resist this.
But you can have your health departments do despicable stuff if it's a health emergency.
Stuff like ordering huwite businesses work limited hours due to racial disparities.
I am so sure they would never do that though,it's not like they bankrupted a ton of business owners or landlords or anything recently.
