A coworker and I started decoding his suddenly odd use of unneeded capital letters. Put them together and found a pattern. 24 hrs before POTUS seized it, we decoded that there was a server in Germany and HRC was involved.

That was fucked up when Trump swept the Republican field, but pence/Ryan discussed offing Trump back then and the RNC would choose pence to run for POTUS. Side note, Trump was gonna choose Flynn as his VP. Pence somehow weaseled his way in as VP and started plotting to take the presidency.
