My wife told me a similar story. Bless her heart, she still views herself as a liberal (until you ask her opinion on the issues, go figure). But the other day she told me she makes sure to pay for any police officer who is behind her in a drive-thru, drug store, etc.
She may not be as big a fan of GEOTUS as I am, but she at least has respect for our law enforcement officers and is staunchly against defunding them.

Of course they won't release any details of how she died or when she was hospitalized or how many times she was shot, but no doubt... it's a Covid death.
