I think stopping the counts was Plan B. The vote flipping and random Biden votes created from thin air on the machines was Plan A. The pieces of shit in charge had to stop the counting once the thieves realized there was no way that Plan A could get them to the finish line.
The landslide was so insurmountable in AZ, WI, PA, and MI, that they were forced into Plan C and started pushing up ridiculous batches of votes that existed only on thumb drives. GA did better with Plan B because the idiots there scanned and rescanned batches of all-Biden votes in view of surveillance cameras they didn't know were there.
The order to stop the counting has had very little attention in the news or from the GEOTUS camp since the attempted steal, so GEOTUS is likely sitting on iron-clad, smoking-gun, unassailable signals intelligence of the who, what, when, and how surrounding the order to stop counting and the later order to upload phantom votes without so much as pretending they were legitimate.
