You're missing the point. I don't think you "need children to get adrenochrome". I think the position of these people would more likely be "and harvesting the adrenochrome while we're at it is a fringe benefit, and by the way, aren't we so clever for thinking of it."
I have a bachelor's in chemistry and a doctorate in molecular physics. It's not ignorance of science; but the other assertions about ...shall we say "spirit cooking" and related occult practices, which make the adrenochrome allegations concerning / possibly significant.

I found and posted the docs on the supposed price lists for adrenochrome, noting the address given was in Trump Tower, i.e. I already saw through that.
But seeing through one document -- which may well have been set up as a "boomerang" against Trump supporters -- is not sufficient to discredit all discussion of Adrenochrome; in particular as there are other ostensible purposes for the rites used to harvest adrenochrome.
