A while back I saw a clip from Bill Maher (yea, I know) where the panel was discussing Islam. And of course there were some Islam defending leftists on. the show. Maher asked one leftist which Islamic country would be nice to live in. The guy quickly said Malaysia. Bill Maher replied " In Malaysia, women must pass a purity test to become a police officer". And that was the end of that conversation.
There are 5 communist countries. 4 of them are Asian.

Agreed. I've had my differences with our HOA. But I also live in a fairly nice neighborhood and the HOA can be part of keeping it nice.
A homeowner a block away moved out of state and let relatives rent his home. They let it go to shit. Broken down 4 wheelers, motorcycles in the drive way. Garbage cans in the yard. It looked like Fred Sanford opened a junkyard right between some nice homes. There was a broken down rusty riding lawn mower in the driveway too which explained why the grass was 3 feet high. The HOA got it corrected through litigation.
