Yes that's true. As a German I don't understand your discussion about voter ID. In Germany I have to show my ID to vote, like everyone else. What do you guys need to vote in November, just your voter registration? Yes, many conservatives would be called RINOs in the US. However, I would say we have different shades of leftists - many parties who all have the left ideology in their heart. They are very pro immigration and pro abortion here in Europe as well.
I fully respect your opinion. In my opinion, however, Europe is more left then the US. You just have two parties so in the democratic party you have people from the center ("moderate") until the far left. What is one party in the US, are multiple parties in countries in Europe. If you count all these left parties together, you have 40 to 80% in most countries I would guess.
