It's interesting because you can see the DA tried to write the complain to screw Kyle, but when you read it his self-defense case is so obvious. They quote McGinniss's statement that Rosenbaum reached for the gun twice and potentially made contact with it.

It also claims skater boy reached for the gun and the skateboard "made contact" with Kyle.
