As far as Trumps handling of the COVID pandemic, he did more than he needed to. Its up to the governors of these states to be prepared for something like this. They were given the budget, and weren't at all prepared. its not Trumps fault they chose not to do that or inform the federal government that they were low on supplies. Trump also built the medical ship to help New York and California and neither state kept the ship there longer than a week.
Something else is going on here... None of this adds up.
