My hands on lab for Community College to learn Networking skills needed to get myself proper employment is closed because of this, I am scared for my education and future. Online classes are depressing me.

Glad I am not the only one. Everyone I talk to, even through NextDoor is in some other land when referring to this city.

He said that Veritas has been deceptive and lying, and the woman claimed to be BS'ing, so it is null. Lol.

I hope it’s not some shitty locked down Android OS with a 2” touchscreen, 1GB of RAM, and sells for $700 though

I have gotten opportunities through them though, my feed remains non-political

Yeah. "The wealth created goes back to the rich, like Elon and it is not sustainable." I do not think he realizes the wealth that comes to employees in terms of salary, bonuses, work-life, etc...

He said that is trickledown econ and it does not work and reagonomics. I agree with you with wealth and money though. I agree the upperclass "rich" have more cash but not enough as to engulf or "take up" all the money in circulation. It is like owning a bank account in my opinion. My cash is not going to stagnate and just engulf the lower class. Most of the money is spent into wealth.

Thanks for the advice. My next step is CCNA, then CCNA Sec, then get the experience for CISSP.

That is my goal. I already have Sec+ but I know I need more.

I am NOT racist, I do not think whites are better than blacks in any way. Genuinely. I do not have that hatred and vitrol in me. But apparently me not denouncing StoneToss in his exact wording makes me a racist.

How do you determine healthy movement? Just asking out of curiosity. How long should you be in one position before determining your next move?

I understand. I do have a year of IT support experience. I have decent connections to a major company, and hopefully when the time comes I can see about transitioning into helpdesk for them, or potentially more!

What is it like being an IT manager? I am studying IT Security/Networking and I just want some insight for different little job paths to take.

It’s useful to the extent that it’s like a digital CV and I have found opportunities with it.

Can someone explain what’s going on? Maybe I’m stupid...
