There is an enormous amount of land available but we are simply not allowed to use it because of the Democrats bowing to Agenda 21. This is why property prices are so high AND THE MAIN REASON why everyone is leaving or living below the poverty line. Its not the taxes, its not the regulation, these are minor, minor issues that a lot of other states already have anyway. Florida, for example has a population density DOUBLE that of California's per square mile, yet their property prices are less than half or even a quarter of what property costs here in a similar metropolitan area in California.
If you look at the map, there is basically NO ONE living just an hour outside of the major cities in Southern California. The problem is, there aren't a lot of roads or major freeways going into the inland areas of California, so there is virtually no development there. Meanwhile, the metro lines of New York city run HUNDREDS of miles outside of the city. You could easily travel 40 miles on the metro train in under an hour, while in places like San Francisco, you can only go, at most, 15 miles outside of the city. Talk about a bad deal for the tax payers of California!
I created a site here for us in California, please feel free to post! https://socal.win/civ/catalog.html/
We need competition. Our entire way of life, our standard of living is entirely based off of a competitive, and largely unregulated marketplace.
Hospitals are scams. You legally cannot open one unless you flat out bribe politicians or medical boards. Imagine nurses and doctors starting their own hospitals instead of working for one? Imagine a nurse or a technician getting the investment money and doing even the smaller procedures such as xrays or even prostate exams in their own homes just as long as they have the training, and equipment to do so? Imagine them doing this competitively? "b-but that's dangerous!!!" Then don't use their services, simple as that! A lot of what these hospitals do CAN BE OUTSOURCED to average Americans with the proper training and equipment. That's right, outsourcing is good when the money flows out of the pockets of the elite and ruling class and into the common american.
I remember almost a decade ago, as a reaction to the "God" page on Facebook with the cartoon old man with a beard saying "woke" leftist garbage, there was an "Allah" page straight up knocking on Islam. You can guess this, and other anti-islamic satire pages were nuked immediately by Facebook while the leftist trash gets kept open and even promoted.
Plexiglass is actually quite amazing. It's a petroleum byproduct! Easy to cut, easy to mold just by reaching 400 F, it can be molded into any shape. Its porous, and can be made completely translucent and almost all of the plexiglass we see is made domestically, or at least in North America and not China due to being so easy to make and not requiring slave labor or special resources to produce.
You need big investor bank money for this, which we don't have access to while WalMart did have access to all of this and fake fiat currency loans in the billions. This is how they undercut everyone and grew so quickly. It's a rigged system.
I'm more upset, or at least equally upset over the copyright law changes and how the FBI is going to be the personal police force for Disney and Hollywood, while the smaller content creators will get completely ignored if their content is stolen. This is how it always works with just about every law. Just look up "fake tide laundry detergent". Cops waste resources and time catching these people selling diluted detergent. Who cares?? Its clearly garbage quality. Why waste so much resources for Procter and Gamble when your city is riddled with ACTUAL crime! Imagine someone stealing a logo or counterfeiting a smaller company's products? Law enforcement wouldnt give two shits
I was in the ICU during the peak of H1N1. NO ONE wore masks, unless a nurse or doctor had to come close to a patient, and even immediately after they would take it off. They weren't even a requirement for anyone entering. There were limits to how many people could enter, but outside of that there were practically no restrictions.
MASKS ARE A SCAM. Anyone who believes they work is just plain stupid and jumping through hoops of logic because some science man told them to. If there really was a plague that killed people like crazy, we would have to wear hazmat suits. That's the only way of protection.
Know a bunch of people who work in hospitals. All they ever talk about is the money they make and how they can afford nice things. Never once do they ever talk about their work, or the patents they deal with unless its to complain about them.
I always bring up Hillary Clinton investing next to nothing on "cattle futures" and then suddenly making millions off of it. HOW could someone get so lucky off of something she knows nothing about? And why has she never mentioned it? Leftists completely ignore this, but go after Trump because his father gave him a measly million dollars in a loan exclusively to carry out a deal to build a large building he actually went into great detail about in his books.
People get sick and tired of the same reposts over and over again. How many times do we have to be reminded America sucks and how much better Germany is? Even Leftists are sick of it. But the machine that runs reddit has no choice but to promote it to the front page and none of what they do is in any way organic.
And yes, I understand there isn't 330 million Americans eligible for the stimulus. I'm simply using Joe Biden voter turnout election numbers and math, and even that amounts to far less than the total stimulus which is likely bailouts of whole industries.
Typically the party who wins the presidency controls the House. We also haven't seen the same level of divisiveness since the civil war. Last I can think of when both the vice president and house were on the opposite ends of who won the presidency was during the 1980 election. Pretty sure if they forced a contingent election, despite winning in such a landslide, the supreme court would've overturned it.
I'm trying to figure out how this guy, who is worth a minimum, $200 million, doesn't fly a private plane? Assuming he takes 50 trips a year, that's something like $1 million a year. A drop in the bucket for him.
I really do believe a lot of these wealthy people are full of shit, or just really cheap. Why wasn't he in the First Class airport lounge? Did he seriously fly economy?
