That’s not much of a sanctuary if the ATF can come right in and arrest people. Sanctuary would be the Texas Rangers/DPS saying any Fed/ATF agent enforcing a 2A law is subject to arrest by force. I can’t see any state actually doing that, but unlike Immigration sanctuary, I think the Feds will actually put effort into enforcing any gun legislation, so we need clarity from Red States ASAP.
